So now its winter and raining more often… its (rain) got me thinking of the molecular structure of water on a subatomic particle level… more so the water molecules in ours bodies!
A scientist, Dr. Emoto (I think that’s his name!!) had amazing findings that human vibrational energy, thoughts, words, ideas and music, affect the molecular structure of water.
So basically your thoughts and the music you listen to, your feelings and your emotional states are responsible for the physical structures of the water molecules in your body!
Every cell in the body is surrounded by water there for Every cell in the body is directly affected by your thoughts, words, ideas and music.

So this scientific fact then got me thinking… How can I apply this to my work outs??
If I’m pushing for that 1 EXTRA rep or busting myself in the middle of a Met-Con (high intensity cardio) “What am I Feeling”?? If I’m listening to heavy metal music (Yewww) grimacing and grunting am I actually decreasing my ability to perform the task? As the water molecules around each of my cells will appear “clustered” or “distorted”
If however I change my thoughts from frustrated to focused…. And swap my heavy metal for trance or hardstyle (high treble, crystal clear yet fast tempo) which will aid my “focused” state of mind… and cause the molecular structure of water round my cells to form in a beautiful crystalline structured state!!..
Wonder what would happen if I listened to classical…. Or The Wiggles

POSITIVE THOUGHTS = HAPPY BODIES = GREAT RESULTS
So I guess this in actually “mind over matter” in a scientific nut shell….…
