 For time:
 21-15-9
 Deadlift, 142kg/92kg            Box jump, 30"/24"
“Stuff that” I say….. 92kgs is around my 1RM and after Wod’s 4 and 6 from the Regional Games My body and mind seem to have lost the ability to cooperate! Too all the Athletes that made it through days 1 n’ 2 Very inspirin and furthermore those who finished up in day 3 “WoW love ya work”!! You guys must be some serious pain :/ ….
Lets see what the Team at CrossFit Attitude can do with this…
Bing and Griffo took out the Max Boxies with 117cm and 119cm Myself and Bec came close with 93cm and 88cm :)
(Not to bad considering Im 152cm tall.. haha)

It was a fast work out I finished in 7:03mins and lifted 60% of my 1RM (60kgs) which made it alot less intense on my back... 
Griff Rx'D it in 9:03mins 
Bec lifted quite heavy and made it well b4 cut off (sub 15min)

WOD - Monday, 30/5/2011 CrossFit Games Regional

Todays workout is WOD 5 from the CrossFit Regional Games 2011

WOD  30minute cut off...
100 Pull-ups
100 Kettlebell swings, 24kg/16kg
100 Double-unders
100 Overhead squats 40kg/30kg
.


 My Times: 100 pullups 9:57mins.... 100 16kg KB swings 8:50mins.... 100 double unders 3mins.... 52 overhead squats.
Almost finished!! :) I was so pumped for this wod, I really enjoy it except my forearms felt like they were on fire during the KB swings. First time on a speed rope too got out 53 dunders before i whiped my-self!!
