WOD - Monday, 30/5/2011 CrossFit Games Regional

Todays workout is WOD 5 from the CrossFit Regional Games 2011

WOD  30minute cut off...
100 Pull-ups
100 Kettlebell swings, 24kg/16kg
100 Double-unders
100 Overhead squats 40kg/30kg
.


 My Times: 100 pullups 9:57mins.... 100 16kg KB swings 8:50mins.... 100 double unders 3mins.... 52 overhead squats.
Almost finished!! :) I was so pumped for this wod, I really enjoy it except my forearms felt like they were on fire during the KB swings. First time on a speed rope too got out 53 dunders before i whiped my-self!!
